Founded in 2005 by Dr Sam Prince, Zambrero is a humanitarian quick-service franchise, serving a fresh take on Mexican food with a focus on nutritious ingredients.
Zambrero’s menu serves all the Mexican favourites, like burritos, tacos and nachos, made with signature slow-cooked meats, fresh salsas, jalapenos and homemade guacamole – complete with inspired sauces, found only at Zambrero.
Zambrero’s menu aims to not leave anyone out, with everything on the menu easily modified. Vegan or vegetarian? Gluten or dairy intolerant? Zambrero’s got you covered!
Driven by Dr Sam Prince, socially conscious initiatives permeate the business. From Support Office staff given an extra week of annual leave per week to pursue their own charitable initiative through to the use of award-winning sustainable packaging and uniforms made from recycled material.
Expanding rapidly across the globe, Zambrero started in Australia and now have over 160 restaurants across Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and Ireland. Dr Sam Prince and the Zambrero team are now headquartered in Sydney with over 80 Franchise Partners, all with a passion for the Plate 4 Plate program and a shared belief that no-one in this world deserves to go hungry.
